Our transaction advisory services cover two main areas: restructuring advisory and tax due diligence.

We provide transaction advisory services to corporations and individual clients, private equity investors and financing institutions in connection with different types of transactions (acquisition, sale, entry to the market, expansion, merger, etc.).
